Tim Morris, CPP, CFE, CISSP Executive Vice President & co-owner
Tim holds his Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certifications. With over 25 years corporate security experience, Tim’s security and risk mitigation knowledge is extensive, having held leadership roles with major global manufacturing companies, in the oil and chemical industry, for an international telecommunications company, as well as for a US Defense contractor. He is highly experienced in building effective programs where none initially existed and revamping deficient departments that required extensive modernization. He has overseen security and business continuity operations in Europe, India, China, the UAE, Mexico, and the Americas. Tim has additional experience in managing compliance and ethics programs, which allows him a broader vision and more holistic view of risk and regulatory issues. Before entering the private sector, Tim was a Police Detective, investigating business-related violations and white-collar crime.
Mary Hough, CPP Owner & CEO
Mary Hough is a board Certified Protection Professional with over 25 years of experience in the Security industry. Before establishing Global Security Overwatch Ms. Hough worked in multiple industries throughout her career including healthcare, manufacturing, and universities. Her experience includes conducting risk assessments, audits, crisis management development, guard force RFP development, and process and procedure writing, as well as hands-on training at all levels of an organization.
Ms. Hough was recognized by Security Management Magazine, the leading publication in the security industry, as one of 13 female security executives who are at the forefront of the security field titled “Women on the Frontline of Security”
